Traditional duct insulation method uses adhesive to stick insulation nails to the duct surface, then lays and pushes insulation boards, and uses insulation nails and pressure-sensitive tape to fix. This process has high environmental requirements and the nails may fall off after the adhesive ages, resulting in poor insulation and wasting large amounts of cooling or heat energy.

Welding-type insulation nails: Through the control of the insulation nail welding machine, the insulation nail penetrates the insulation layer to touch the duct surface at the moment of welding, firmly welded to the duct surface. The welding speed is higher than the gluing speed, without any curing time, helping to shorten the construction period, and will not produce any harmful gases or other pollution, leaving no waste at the construction site.
