Products Description
Product Description
Fiber spray furnace lining is a ceramic fiber application technology developed on the basis of traditional ceramic fiber application technology and drawing on the refractory powder and granular material spraying process.
It involves ceramic fibers being processed by special spraying equipment, with the processed fibers delivered to the spray head by high-pressure air, which are then uniformly mixed with the atomized binder sprayed from the nozzles around the spray head and sprayed onto the working surface to form a ceramic fiber spray wall lining.
Factors affecting the service performance and effectiveness of ceramic fiber spray coatings include the content of ceramic fiber slag balls, fiber length, uniformity of adhesive coverage on the fiber surface, firmware structure, and treatment of the surface to be sprayed.
