Ceramic fiber shaped parts are made from high-quality ceramic fiber cotton using a vacuum forming process. The purpose of developing this product is to produce shaped products with excellent high-temperature performance, rigidity, and self-supporting strength.

Ceramic fiber shaped parts are all special-shaped products required to meet the specific production processes of certain industrial sectors. Each product requires a dedicated mold according to its shape and size.

All special-shaped products have low shrinkage within their operating temperature range, and maintain the characteristics of high heat insulation, light weight and impact resistance.

Unfired materials are easy to cut or machine. During use, the product has good wear resistance and spalling resistance, and is not wetted by most molten metals.
